You're having either an air, fuel, or spark problem. Since you've already replaced parts of the fuel system, then it's almost certainly air or spark. No point guessing what the reason for it going into limp mode. As soon as you can have a diagnostic ran to find the fault code. Leaving it too long will only damage the trans further (eg. burning the fluid and blocking more soleniods/burning out clutches&bands) I had to replace S1 (shift soleniod) on mine a while back as it was going intermitent into limp mode.
